30-day money-back guarantee
Vins House, LLC (trading as “Zen”) offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid Zen subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up the order using the email you used at checkout, or
- Email us at support@zen.app with your order details and we will help arrange the refund through Paddle.
After the 30-day window
Subscriptions can be canceled at any time from your billing page. After cancellation you keep access until the end of the current billing period; we do not issue prorated refunds for partial periods outside the 30-day guarantee, unless required by applicable law or in cases of clear service failure on our side.
Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first — most issues can be resolved within a day. Filing a chargeback before contacting us may result in account suspension until the matter is resolved.
