This notice describes how Vins House, LLC (“Vins House”, “we”, “us”), trading as “Zen”, collects and uses personal data when you use the Zen Service. Vins House, LLC acts as the data controller for the personal data processed about you in connection with the Service.

2. What we collect

• Account data — name, email address, hashed password or authentication identifiers, and phone number if you sign in by SMS.
• Content you create — boards, tasks, comments, files, and other items you store in Zen.
• Support messages — emails and messages you send to us.
• Usage and telemetry — log data such as pages viewed, actions taken, timestamps, and feature usage.
• Device and connection data — IP address, browser type, operating system, and device identifiers.

3. Why we use it

• To create and operate your account (contract performance).
• To provide, maintain, and improve the Service (legitimate interests).
• To prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents (legitimate interests).
• To respond to support requests (contract / legitimate interests).
• To send service announcements and, with consent, marketing communications.
• To comply with legal obligations (legal obligation).

4. Who we share it with

• Service providers / subprocessors — hosting, database, email delivery, analytics, and customer support tooling, under written contracts.
• Merchant of Record — Paddle.com Market Limited acts as the merchant of record for our orders and processes payments, manages subscriptions, handles taxes and invoicing, and provides buyer support.
• Professional advisers — legal, accounting, and insurance providers when required.
• Authorities — government, regulatory, or law enforcement authorities where required by law or to protect our rights.

We do not sell personal data.

5. International transfers

We and our service providers may process data in countries outside your own. Where data is transferred out of the UK or EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or applicable adequacy decisions.

6. Retention

We keep personal data only for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
